FAQS
What
kind of art can I send?
Any
art up to size 8.5 x 11. You may send slightly larger sizes
but they will be cropped. We may also crop the art to fit
the format of the poster. We suggest that you do not send
us artworks with neon colors, glitter, or metallics as these
will not print well.
May
I scan the art myself and send you digital files?
Yes,
you may scan the art yourself. Make sure you set your scanner
to a high resolution (we recommend 300 dpi). We will discount
your poster by $5 per piece of art. Discount will be sent
in the form of a partial refund. Send your files to loadyourphotos@comcast.net
and be sure to put your name in the subject heading.
Do
you send back my art?
Art
will be shipped back to you after the poster is completed.
While we make every effort to protect your art, we cannot
be held responsible for damaged art or art that is lost in
the mail. We ship the artwork back via first class mail separately
from the poster print.
Do
you clean up the art?
We
will adjust the colors and brightness from the scan, as well
as elimate very minor details such as a small tear or a drop
of juice. If you spilled coffee all over it, ran it through
the dryer, or if the dog chewed it up, you'll have to contact
us for pricing!
Will
my poster be horizontal or vertical?
While
this decision is ultimately up to you, we suggest you let
the designer decide what will work best.
Can
you frame my poster?
We
do not frame posters. However, all of our posters are standard
sizes, making it easy to find an inexpensive frame. We suggest
you find a frame you like before ordering as there are additional
charges to resize your poster.
I'd
like to order a poster with more than 9 artworks or a size
not shown.
