Sophie and Spice.com is operated by Jill Pearson Illustration and Design

Award winning illustrator and designer Jill Pearson created Sophie and Spice in late 2006, shortly after the birth of her daughter, Sophie. Her colorful, funky gifts have been featured in Pregnancy and Newborn and Babytalk Magazines as well as numerous mommy and baby websites.

Jill worked as a freelance editorial illustrator from 2001 till 2006. Her digital collage illustrations have been published in magazines and newspapers nationwide and she has received awards from various illustration institutions. She has exhibited in shows at New York's Society of Illustrators and also served on the jury for their 2005 college competition. Jill's love of collage and graphic design also led into creating youth sports posters which are currently being offered by a number of professional photographers around the country.
